Selling fees

Private sellers pay nothing. Business sellers: 500 items a month free, then 20p each.

Private sellers: no selling fees.
Business sellers: the first 500 items sold each month are free, then 20p per item. The count resets on the 1st.
Listing is always free and there's no commission on sales.
Stripe's card processing applies.
