    Postage bands and prices

Flat postage prices from Tackl settings
    BandPriceParcel limits
Small£1.99Up to and including 750g and 25mm thick.
    Standard£4.99Items assigned the Standard band.
Rods and oversized£7.99Rods, bivvies, brollies and rod pods where mapped to this band; oversized parcels, including dimensions over 150cm, normally use this band.

Items over the Small weight or thickness limit move to Standard. A saved item-specific postage assignment takes priority, so the band shown on the order is the final assignment.

[DECISION NEEDED] Small is intended for Royal Mail large letters and Standard for Evri up to 10kg. These named services and the 10kg cap are not guaranteed by the current order code. Automatic labels use an available selected service, or the cheapest available service. Rods and oversized is labelled DPD in settings.

    Baskets and checkout

    • Items from one seller share one postage charge at the highest band in that seller’s basket.
    • Small items with a combined weight above 750g move to Standard. If a weight is missing, a Small basket uses Standard.
    • Different sellers have separate payments, orders and postage charges.
    • An eligible free-postage offer can remove postage. For a basket, every item must qualify.

Postage is shown separately from the item total and Buyer Protection fee before payment. The fee is not charged on postage.

    Dispatch and missed deadlines

Sellers must normally dispatch within 3 working days after payment. Saturdays, Sundays and dates in Tackl’s UK bank-holiday calendar are excluded. The deadline shown on your order is authoritative.

A seller can request an extension. Buyer approval adds 2 calendar days to the deadline.

An overdue order is automatically cancelled and fully refunded once the seller has received the sale notice and a reminder at least 12 hours earlier. A pending extension request pauses automatic cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed at the exact deadline.

The full refund includes items, the charged Buyer Protection fee and postage.

Who posts and how to track

The seller packs and posts the order. For automatic-label orders, they use the label or available QR code supplied with the order.

For seller-arranged oversized orders, the seller books the courier and adds tracking to the order. DPD is the intended service.

Follow tracking in My Orders when it is available. Legacy Royal Mail large-letter orders can use proof of dispatch without tracking.

[DECISION NEEDED] DPD-only booking is not enforced and tracking is not guaranteed on every service. Contact support if a label or tracking is missing.

    Delivery estimates and destinations

Checkout accepts United Kingdom (GB) addresses. International postage is not supported.

[DECISION NEEDED] No mainland-only restriction, island exclusion or surcharge is configured. UK mainland-only delivery cannot yet be promised as the site’s enforced rule.

[DECISION NEEDED] There are no configured delivery estimates for Small, Standard or Rods and oversized. The old listing display gives 2–3 working days for a legacy Royal Mail service, but this is not a band-wide promise.

Buy Now supports approved collection hubs where offered. This is not general collection directly from any seller, and the basket does not offer hub collection. [DECISION NEEDED] Confirm the public collection terms.

    Postage refunds and help

Under Tackl’s refund calculation, postage is retained for a partial item refund. It is refunded when the whole order has been refunded, including when the last remaining item is refunded.

Your statutory rights when buying from a business seller still apply. See the returns and refunds policy for cancellation and faulty-goods rights.
