14-day change of mind
Tap Cancel and return on the order within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
You pay return postage unless the seller offers to pay it. The seller must refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you sent it), including the standard original postage. A premium delivery upgrade does not have to be refunded.
The seller can reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than needed to inspect it.
Exceptions to change of mind
- Bait, food and liquids once opened or unsealed.
- Items made to order or personalised for you.
Faulty or not as described
- Within 30 days of delivery: reject the item for a full refund. The seller pays reasonable return postage.
- 30 days to 6 months: the seller can repair or replace first. If that fails or is not possible, you are entitled to a refund.
- After 6 months: you need to show the fault existed at delivery.
- Disclosed faults, normal wear and damage from misuse are excluded.
How to use these rights
Open My Orders, choose the order and tap Cancel and return (within 14 days) or I have a problem. The seller’s payout is released after the usual 48-hour delivery check, but your legal rights continue after that — Tackl handles later claims directly with the seller.
You can also contact support at any time with your order number.
See GOV.UK returns guidance and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Seller details
Business sellers show their business name, address and contact details on their shop page. Tackl stock is sold by Tackl.
Buyer Protection fee
The fee is 4% of the item price plus £0.50 once per seller per checkout, never on postage. On a full cancellation or fault refund, the fee is refunded too.
