Posting your item and getting the label

Your prepaid label is on the order. Post within 3 UK working days.

When something sells, Tackl buys the postage label for you. You don't need to buy postage yourself.

1. Open the order in Seller Hub and download the label.
2. Pack the item well, stick the label on and drop it off with the courier shown.
3. The courier's first scan marks it as posted automatically.

Rods and oversized items go by DPD, which you book yourself. The postage the buyer paid comes through in your payout. Add the tracking number on the order.

Post within 3 UK working days or the order is cancelled and the buyer refunded. Need more time? Request an extension on the order.
