How buyer protection works

Your money is held until the item arrives and you're happy, or the check period ends.

When you pay, Tackl holds the money. The seller is only paid once you confirm everything's OK, or the check period after delivery ends without a problem being reported.

You're covered if an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, is significantly not as described, is fake, or has missing parts.

Buyer protection costs 4% of the item total plus 50p per order (charged once per seller in a checkout). It's shown in the price before you pay.
