Cancelling an order

Ask the seller to cancel before it's posted. If it isn't posted on time, it cancels automatically.

Before the item is posted, you can ask the seller to cancel from your order. If they agree, you get a full refund.

If the seller doesn't post within 3 UK working days, Tackl cancels the order and refunds you in full.

Once it's been posted, you can't cancel. Wait for it to arrive and, if it's from a shop or Tackl, you can still use your 14-day right to cancel.
