When will I get my refund?

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take 5–10 working days to appear.

Refunds always go back to the card you paid with. Once Tackl issues it, your bank usually takes 5–10 working days to show it.

A full refund includes the item price, the buyer protection fee and the original postage. If only some items in an order are refunded, the fee is worked out again on what you keep.

If it hasn't arrived after 10 working days, contact us with the order and we'll check with our payment provider.
