Who pays for the return label?

It depends on why the item is coming back.

  • Not as described, faulty or the wrong item: the seller pays.
  • Damaged in transit: the courier is responsible, and Tackl claims from them.
  • Change of mind (business sellers only): you pay.
  • Tackl rules for you with no clear fault on either side: Tackl pays.

When a return is approved, the label and send-by date appear on your order and in your email.
