Returns when you buy from a shop or Tackl
14 days to change your mind and 30 days to reject a faulty item, plus buyer protection.
When you buy from a business seller or Tackl's own stock, you have your full UK consumer rights as well as buyer protection.
- Change your mind: cancel within 14 days of delivery. You usually pay the return postage.
- Faulty or not as described: reject it within 30 days for a full refund. The seller pays the return postage.
- Opened bait, food and liquids, and made-to-order items, can't be returned for change of mind.
