No change-of-mind returns, but you're covered when something's wrong. Report within 3 days of delivery.
Private sellers are individuals selling their own gear, so change-of-mind returns aren't covered. You are covered if the item doesn't arrive, is damaged, is significantly not as described, is fake, or has missing parts.
Report the problem from the order within 3 days of delivery. If a return is agreed, you'll get a return label and a send-by date.
